1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MoneyGrap.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Premium Subscription

MoneyGrap offers subscription services that provide access to premium content and features. By subscribing to our premium service, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase.

4.2 Billing

We bill subscription fees to your designated payment method. You agree to maintain valid payment information in your account. We may change the fees for subscriptions from time to time with advance notice. If we change the fees for your subscription, we will communicate any fee changes to you in advance with the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the fee change goes into effect.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. In certain cases, we may provide a refund at our discretion.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial of our premium subscription. The free trial period and its conditions will be specified during sign-up. At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may only use a free trial once. We reserve the right to revoke a free trial at any time.

6. User Content

Our service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. By providing such content, you grant us the right to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through our service.

You are responsible for any content you post to the service. Content that violates these Terms, including content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or invasive of privacy, may be removed by MoneyGrap without notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate MoneyGrap, a MoneyGrap employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service, or which may harm MoneyGrap or users of the service.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the service, the server on which the service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the service.
• To attack the service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

8. Financial Information Disclaimer

The financial information, tools, calculators, and content provided through our service are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

MoneyGrap is not a financial advisor, broker, or tax advisor. Before making any financial decisions, you should consult with qualified professionals. Your use of any tools or calculators provided by our service is at your own risk.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any investment strategies discussed carry inherent risks and may not be suitable for all individuals.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MoneyGrap, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service;
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
3. Any content obtained from the service; and
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content,

whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

MoneyGrap does not warrant that: (a) the service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the service will meet your requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.

13. Termination

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
